Hunter Biden Exposed as the Supreme Court Eyes the Results of the Election

On December 14, the electoral college will meet to confirm the next President of the United States. Trump wants a few electors to go rogue and elect him instead.

Four more years? That is what the attorney general for Pennsylvania wants for the nation. According to the brief filed before the Supreme Court which said, "Let us be clear. Texas invites this court to overthrow the votes of the American people and choose the next President."

Likewise, 100 Republican members of the House of Representatives agreed. They signed the amicus brief, wanting to educate the nine Supreme Court justices on every aspect of the current dilemma.

The Rights of States

The Texas lawsuit wants the Supreme Court to overturn states' rights to have their own election laws. Laws should be uniform across the nation, but this could assert federalism and interfere with state rights, which may become a precedent for future cases. Paxton, who filed the amicus brief, made five statements of facts in the legal brief:

  • Trump legally won Florida and Ohio. Every former President who had won those two states went on the win the presidency.

  • Pennsylvania did not require polling officials to match absentee ballots' signatures during the counting process post-election.

  • Michigan broke the law by automatically sending absentee ballots to newly registered voters.

  • Wisconsin placed ballot boxes in parking lots for drop-off votes.

  • Trump won 18 of the 19 "bellwether counties." These counties had determined the presidency from the years 1980 to 2016.

Trump considers the Texas lawsuit to be the crowning jewel of all the filed lawsuits in the last few weeks. Because Trump has appointed three significant conservative Supreme Court justices to the bench, he would like them to go big and rule in his favor.

"The Biden Administration will be a scandal-plagued mess for years to come; it is much easier for the Supreme Court of the United States to follow the Constitution…save the USA!"

Hidden News

Big Tech companies like Facebook and Twitter kept a major story from making headlines. They downplayed Hunter's illegal dealings with Ukraine and China. Trump tweeted, "Why didn't the Fake News media, the FBI and the DOJ report the Biden matter before the election." Then he says, "Oh well, it's OK, we won the election anyway." Trump then chided that he won 75,000,000 votes.

Trump was boisterous on the campaign trail. He always said that Joe and Hunter Biden were corrupt. Most of the time, people did not take him seriously, especially law enforcement.

The Delaware attorney general has now proceeded with the Hunter Biden investigation into his dealings with China and his federally filed tax returns.

The GOP will seek to establish an independent counsel to investigate Hunter Biden. President-elect Joseph R. Biden Jr. said that he would not interfere with the justice department's ongoing investigations. He would not use the Department of Justice as a pawn to further his political ambitions.

Richard Painter, a former ethics advisor to former president George Bush, said that the council members should not be appointees who are close to the president-elect, like cabinet members or prominent party members. Biden should appoint a special permanent counsel to handle sensitive situations.

Senator Ron Johnson, a Republican from Wisconsin, said he would not turn a blind eye to the investigation. He declares that Congress would "keep digging."

Hunter Biden’s Potential Criminal Activity

In 2017, Hunter Biden met with Ye Jianming, the CEO of CEFC, an energy firm from China. They were trying to secure a deal for energy investment in the United States. Ye Jianming gave Hunter Biden a 2.8-carat diamond ring worth reportedly $80,000, said his ex-wife. Hunter Biden told news agencies it was only worth $10,000.

The investigations started in 2018, with many witnesses already receiving subpoenas. One federal investigation sought evidence of money laundering but found none. The city legal counsel from Washington D.C. filed tax liens against Hunter Biden for unpaid taxes; however, the liens were released.

If the special counsel does find evidence of wrongdoing, the American people should not expect that President-elect Joe Biden automatically pardons his son or prevent prosecution.

The Biden investigation was covert for some time as not to influence the election. So far, the attorney general has not implicated anything.

In the conclusion of the investigative facts, Hunter Biden accepted the ring but did not feel comfortable taking the ring from Jianming. Besides, the deal fell through.

Congress could even say that Hunter Biden's dealings with Beijing could pose a conflict of interest during the possible Biden Administration. As of now, no government official has charged the president-elect with a crime.
